I made this cake for my youngest son, Alexander's, 3rd birthday party. We went back and forth between Thomas the Train and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse but finally he decided on Mickey for this year's theme. The cake has 9" and 6" rounds covered in dark chocolate ganache and satin ice vanilla fondant. The 9" cake is double chocolate with chocolate cream cheese frosting and the 6" cake is very vanilla with cherry cream cheese filling.

The cupcakes are red velvet and strawberry with Mickey fondant toppers. The favors were dark chocolate Mickey Mouse pops. This is my 4th Mickey themed cake and every time I find something different to do and something new to love!

Ice Cream Themed Dessert Table

My daughter had an ice cream social for her 9th birthday. It turned out to be one of my favorite parties I've ever thrown! I love the pink, orange, and yellow color scheme.

Cookie Monster & Cocoa

We had a Cookie Monster themed 2nd birthday party for my youngest this weekend so I made a small Cookie Monster cake for on top the tower and 'cookie' themed cupcakes around it. I also made cocoa cones as party favors, who doesn't like hot coco in January?

Colorful Cupcake Cake

This is a colorful cake I did for a 9th birthday party. I particularly love the cupcake on the cake!! I also made 2 dozen lemon cupcakes and 20 chocolate dipped pretzel favors.
